Thirty-five years
of one thing.
I was working construction 37 years ago, and I knew I couldn’t keep doing that kind of work forever. On a friend’s advice I followed my passion — a front desk job at a gym, then a nutrition bar, then a training floor. I never looked back.
Along the way I fell in love with the craft of building bodies. I’ve been a personal trainer for more than 35 years, helping thousands of people — from post-surgery comebacks to WNBF pro competitors.
